BOOKING NOTES

  • 1. Call the Philippine Embassy in Ottawa or your nearest Consulate General, Department of Tourism Office or Honorary Consular Office for basic guidance, referral to the Rajah Tours and/or booking agents in Canada and online registration at www.winterescapadeph.com.
  • 2. A deposit of CA$ 500 per person is due upon registration. Registration closes on 15 September 2017. Thereafter, booking will be subject to room availability and best quoted hotel and airline rates.
  • 3. Registration changes or cancellations must be made not later than 25 November 2017 to qualify for a 50% refund. There will be no refunds for cancellations made after 25 November 2017.
  • 4. The package excludes international and domestic airfare, tips or gratuities and incidental expenses during the tour.
  • 5. Participants may book their international flights as they please. Please ensure that your international flight will arrive in time for the first day of the tour on 3 February 2018.
