Important Notes:

  • Deadline of registration is only until September 15, 2017. (Update: September 25,2017) Registration extended: indefinitely.
  • Registration after September 15, 2017 will be accepted subject to room availability and best available rate from the resorts/hotels and airline.
  • Package excludes International airfare, tips or gratuities and incidental expenses during the trip

Cancellation Policy:

Registration changes or cancellation must be made not later than October 15, 2017 to qualify for 50% refund. There will be no refunds for cancellations made after November 25, 2017. Notice of cancellation must be made via mail to sales@rajahtours.com.ph. A cancellation acknowledgement will be sent within five (5) working days and fees will be refunded after the event.

Payment Conditions:

  • CAD 500.00 or USD 400.00 per Person is due upon submission of the registration form to guarantee participation
  • Full payment deadline is on October 15, 2017. (Update: September 25, 2017) Full payment extended: until October 31, 2017.
  • Additional 4% charge will be incurred if paying by Visa and Mastercard and 7.5% for American Express credit card.
