Cancellation Policy:

Registration changes or cancellation must be made not later than November 25, 2016 to qualify for 50% refund. There will be no refunds for cancellations made after November 25, 2016. Notice of cancellation must be made via mail to sales@rajahtours.com.ph. A cancellation acknowledgement will be sent within five (5) working days and fees will be refunded after the event.

Payment Conditions:

  • CAD 500.00/Person is due upon submission of the registration form to guarantee participation
  • Full payment deadline is on October 31, 2016
  • Additional 4% charge will be incurred if paying by Visa and Mastercard and 7.5% for American Express credit card.
